What is a credit?
A credit is the universal currency on OfficeX. You spend credits to use apps, playbooks, AI agents, and other tools in the appstore. Each credit is worth ✦0.01 in the ecosystem economy. Your subscription includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can purchase more as needed.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits never expire as long as your subscription is active. Unlike most SaaS platforms where unused credits reset and vanish at the end of each billing cycle, OfficeX lets you accumulate and roll over credits month to month—so you never lose what you paid for.
How do overage charges work?
When you exceed your monthly credit allowance, overage charges are billed in batches: $10 batches on the Starter Plan, $20 batches on Growth Hackers, and $50 batches on Enterprise Pay-As-You-Go. Each batch is charged to your payment method on file as you go.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
No. You must have an active subscription to purchase credits. With a subscription, you can buy additional credit bundles at your tier's discounted rate using the slider above.
How easy is it to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal—no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What is the refund policy?
The Starter Plan comes with a generous 90-day refund window. All other plans (Growth Hackers and Enterprise) have a 30-day refund window. To request a refund, email appofficex@gmail.com with your customer ID.
